This database is based on UniProt and Gene Ontology database, and it includes annotations associated with sequence and its coordinates to evaluate analysis result. The providing detail annotations in specific region inside sequence are quite difficult, if the software analyzes based on only FASTA format. On this sequence database, masked sequence region in identified sequence indicates hard-to-detect sequence by general measurement such as modification site of Carbohydrate and LIPID, and each sequence relates to Gene Ontology annotation.
