ProteomicSuite™ is a proteomic analysis platform equipped with protein identification method using mass spectra. The concept of this software is to provide an infrastructure that enables integrated management of analysis results of various annotations and analysis tools for research and development efficiency, and its primary focus is on usability. |
|
| |
There are many kinds of software in accordance with the purpose for proteomic analysis using mass spectrometry. However, these software require file convertion prior to analysis in many cases, and obtained results need to be merged or compared by manual procedures using a spreadsheet. ProteomicSuite™ includes many functionalities that used to be provided separately, in one complete package. Functions framed by green line in the figure below is provided by current version of ProteomicSuite™, and other functions will be provided in successive series. You can perform proteomic analysis from file input to interpretation of the analysis result using only this software. |

Feature 1. No file format conversions |
|
| |
There are no file format conversions from file input to interpretation of analysis result. Currently, ThermoFisher .raw, .dta, .mgf, .pkl, mzData are supported. (As of Sep, 2007)
Please contact us for the latest information regarding file format. Some of other file formats are at a test phase. |

Feature 2. Light execution environment |
|
| |
This program does not need expensive and high spec server computer, and you can install it to your PC. It takes advantage of multi-core processor technology to process proteomic analysis without any disturbance to your other tasks. If you require large scale or high speed analysis, please consider the introduction of ProteomicSuite™ Server. |

Feature 3. Flexible graphical user interface (not web based) |
|
| |
All of program configurations and operations are controlled by GUI (Graphical User Interface). You do not need to ask system administrator or programmer to manage a little configuration change anymore.
