Analysis Procedures

This chapter shows the steps to input measured data and perform analysis. By setting Analysis Template, which will be described later, you can skip many steps here.

To begin the analysis, click the leftmost icon New Analysis on the toolbar to launch the New Analysis Wizard. The following pages describe the settings for analysis, but if Analysis Template is set, the settings displayed on each page will follow the contents of Analysis Template. Therefore, you can use this window to check the items set in Analysis Template.

Input Raw MS Data Page is mandatory. For other pages, if you decide that there is no need to check the settings on each page, you can press the Finish button at any time to start analysis.
