Internal Standard Setting Page

The Internal Standard Setting page defines the measured compounds as either target compounds or internal standards (ISTDs). If multiple ISTDs exist in the analysis data, ISTD can be set for each target compound.

By defining the compound to be used as ISTD in advance in the Analysis Template, it is possible to skip this page.

By clicking a cell in the Type column, you can manually switch between the target compound (displayed as Target) and internal standard (displayed as ISTD). In addition, in the target compound row, by clicking a cell in the ISTD Compound column, you can select the ISTD you want to assign to the target compound from the list of ISTD compounds.
